To order a muffler from Rival Performance you should follow the following
steps.
Step 1:
Decide what type of muffler is best suited to your vehicle and application
and get a product number.
The best way to obtain the product number for the muffler you want is to go
to the muffler section of this site and then from
the specific muffler type pages, select the product number that corresponds
to the muffler you most want to purchase.

If you are unsure what muffler to get or need a recommendation, please don't
hesitate to email us and ask for our opinion, no matter
how small the question we will be willing to help you out and give you every
piece of advice you need to make the correct decision.
Step 2:
Open this sales enquiry template and fill out
all the required fields and hit submit. This will allow us to calculate your
shipping costs and give you an accurate quote.
Step 3:
Wait for Rival to reply with the availability on the muffler you have requested.
You will receive a reply email containing the following information:
- Availability
- Cost ($AU unless requested otherwise)
- Confirmation of delivery address, email address and order
- Invoice number (required for order payment)
Read the email carefully and confirm that all details are right, if you are
unsure of any part of the order please reply with a question. Most importantly,
check that the delivery details are correct and do not make payment until
all details are correct, as Rival Performance will not take responsibility
for incorrect delivery details causing delivery problems.
Step 4:
Your order will not be shipped to you until your payment has been approved
and cleared.
For the fastest approved payment the preffered method is with Direct Bank
Deposit (with internet banking*) or alternatively through PayPal using a credit
card. PayPal now accept payments in Australian Dollars (so your card wont be
billed in $US) and offers secure credit card transactions which do not require
you to become a member to use.
Using your name and the Invoice/Order number that was given to you when we
processed your order use one of the following options (click for an explanation):
Step 5:
Sit back and wait for your quality Rival Performance muffler to be delivered
to your designated postal address (usually takes 3 days from payment clearing).
* Rival Performance takes no responsibility for lost funds during
payment whilst using Direct Bank Deposit through incorrect use or input of direct
deposit details. It is the buyers responsibility to make sure that the correct
bsb and accont numbers are used as displayed in the provided invoice.
